Tide Falls Professional Counseling collects information from Users at a number of different points on our website.

When a User sends an email through the Tide Falls Professional Counseling website, the User’s name, phone number, email address, and message is recorded as part of the transmission process. This information is kept confidential and is made available only to (1) trained Tide Falls Professional Counseling support team members for purposes of administering Tide Falls Professional Counseling such as moderating for spam or other content that is in violation of Tide Falls Professional Counseling terms of service, (2) the therapist to whom the User sends the email. Tide Falls Professional Counseling  never rents, sells, or gives this information to any other third party.

When a User emails the therapist through the Tide Falls Professional Counseling email messaging system, the User is conveniently and automatically emailed a notification when the therapist. receives the information.  

Tide Falls Professional Counseling website may use Twitter, Facebook, or other third party remarketing, sometimes called retargeting, to market our website(s) across the Internet.   Google, Facebook, or other third party sites place a cookie on a browser. Google, Facebook, or third party sites read cookies and may present a Tide Falls Professional Counseling website ad on a third party site. Tide Falls Professional Counseling LLC does not sell or otherwise provide personally identifiable information collected through its website and services to third parties, except as specifically authorized by the User or Patient, Tide Falls Professional Counseling, LLC may disclose personally identifiable information about Users or Patients, if such disclosure is (a) required by subpoena, law, or other legal process; (b) necessary to assist law enforcement officials or government enforcement agencies; (c) necessary to investigate violations of confidentiality; (d) necessary to protect us from legal action or claims from third parties including you and/or other Users or Patients; and/or (e) necessary to protect the legal rights, personal/real property, or personal safety of Tide Falls Professional Counseling, LLC, our Users, Patients, employees, and affiliates. Additionally, Tide Falls Professional Counseling, LLC reserves the right to disclose personal identifiable information about a User or Patient if Tide Falls Professional Counseling, LLC reasonably believes that using or disclosing such information may prevent physical harm to one or more individuals.

Tide Falls Professional Counseling, LLC fully comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), Public Law 104-191, was enacted on August 21, 1996.  You can always opt out of receipt of any email correspondence from Tide Falls Professional Counseling, LLC. We agree that we will not sell, rent, or trade your email address to any unaffiliated third-party.

Tide Falls Professional Counseling, LLC uses reasonable safeguards to protect personal identifiable information about Users and Patients.  All personal identifiable information we store about Users and Patients is required to be stored only in authorized, secured servers or media in secure facilities. Only Tide Falls Professional Counseling, LLC administrators or employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to such personal identifiable information. All administrators and employees are trained and kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Any time new policies are added, our administrators and employees are trained in the policies.

If we amend this Privacy Policy, we will update this page so Users and Patients are notified of the personal identifiable information about them which we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. We will use information in conformity with the Privacy Policy under which the information was collected. If we make material changes to our Privacy Policy, we will notify you here.

We will also change the "Last Update" date at the end of this Privacy Policy. Any changes we make to our Privacy Policy are effective as of the Last Update date and replace any prior Privacy Policies
